Jacki Neal - Managing Partner - Business Development
Ms. Neal has over 20 years of expertise within Engineering, Technology and the Communication’s industries. She established her career in Engineering with International Computer Hardware Manufacturers. Since then, she has been employed with two National Communication Sector Focused Consulting Services Groups, in the capacity of Business Development Executive.
Ms. Neal is the founder of Peak Resource Group, Inc. and has been enjoying the opportunity to be associated with the Best, Most Talented Individuals, both Clients and Candidates!
To give back to her local Atlanta community, she teaches Drummers in a small local school and is a Dave Ramsey "MoneyWise" mentor with Brown's Bridge Community Church.
Shirley Hendrix - Managing Partner - Talent Acquisition
Ms. Hendrix joined Peak Resource Group in 2009 as the Managing Partner for Talent Acquisition. She has over 20 years of expertise within the Information Technology Consulting Services Industry in both Recruiting and Account Management. During the past 20 years she has been employed by several International Consulting Services Organizations reaching the Executive level.
She has owned and operated an IT Placement Organization (The Resource Link, Inc.) with recruiting and placement of IT Technical SME’s, CIO’s and Sales Executives within the .com industry. In addition, Ms. Hendrix has designed, developed and implemented both recruiting and employee retention programs that are part of the Peak Resource Group strategy today.
To give back to her local Atlanta community, she has been volunteering as a Career Coach and Motivator for her Church’s Job Seekers Networking Group. She also blog's and teaches volunteer classes on career transition and job search.
Teresa Nichols - Operations Office Manager
Ms Nichols has an Undergraduate degree in Procurement Management and Production Management from Bowling Green State University and a Masters from California State University.
Her experience includes working for Hughes Aircraft as a Contract Manager, and AEL Industries as a Subcontract Manager negotiating subcontracts for major Government entities. Before joining Peak, Teresa was employed a Subcontract Manager with BellSouth (now AT&T) for 11 years.
